Cougars hosted a level 1/2/3 midterm camp in February with the Salthill and Stuntworx Squads. Since then, everyone has improved greatly so well done to all!

Today, the Cougars took part in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Galway! Really fun day was had by all and the Cougars sure know how to get attention, especially when it's for a good cause! Well done to all to braved the freezing cold water and to all the cheerleaders cheering them on!
