Please note that classes MUST BE PREBOOKED. If you show up without a booking we cannot guarantee you a place and may have to send you away unhappy. Salthill Seniors are currently in training for competition and so there are no spaces available until April. There is space available in all other classes. Please fill in the CLASS SIGN UP form below to book and we will be in contact with you. When your place is reserved, please print out a SCREENING AND INFORMED CONSENT FORM and bring it to class on your first day.

Our programs are determined by age
Pee Wee: Age 3 - 6
Junior: Age 7 - 10
Senior: Age 10 +
STUNTWORX ELITE (Ballybane Ind Est)
Pee Wee 3-4pm Tuesday - 25 euro per month
Junior 4-5pm Tuesday AND 10.30-11.45am Sunday - 40 euro per month
Senior 11.30am-1.30pm Sunday - 40 euro per month
SALTHILL (GALWAY LAWN TENNIS CLUB)
Junior 3.30-4.45pm Thursday- 28 euro per month
Senior 4.30-6.30pm Thursday- 40 euro per month
TULLY NS (opposite TG4)
Junior 4-5pm Wednesday - 30 euro per month
Senior 5-6.30pm Wednesday - 37 euro per month

What happens in class?
Each class focuses on cheerleading conditioning, developing good posture, core muscle conditioning and physique development. There will be an aerobic and anaerobic phase of each class and the program will encourage specific conditioning for any other sports individuals may be involved in.
All beginners will start at Level 1
Level 1 includes basic and general conditioning, motions, jumps and tumbling including forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and walkovers and stunting.
Each cheerleader will go through a grading exam as they progress and move through levels.
