eg John is 32 therefore his MHR is 220 - 32 = 188 beats per minute
THR: MHR x (training zone / 100) = THR
eg John's Training zone is 65% of his MHR therefore his THR is 188 x (65/100) = 122 bpm
Training THR for:
Fat Loss: 50% - 65% MHR
Cardio Endurance: 70% - 80% MHR
Anaerobic Endurance: 80% - 95% MHR
